1. Scope
   We sell as a private person to private persons only. our terms and conditions are valid exclusively for private persons. they are valid also for all future business with the buyer, even if they are not expressedly agreed upon again.
   
   
2. Trade Partners
   Trade partners are the users of the online-offer and its operator.
   
   
3. Prices and shipping costs
   Costs for standard packaging material are included in our prices. shipping costs conform to the fees of DHL.
   
   
4. Delivery
   We try to process and deliver all orders within one week. all items are produced individually and job-oriented, therefore cancelling an order after payment is not possible. scheduled delivery or delivery periods which can be arranged binding or non-binding must be in written form. delivery times are depending on DHL.
   
   
5. Payment
   Payment must be made in advance and directly through Paypal. after receipt of payment we will processing the order. a return of delivered goods is not possible
   
   
6. Reservation of proprietary rights
   We reserve proprietary rights of all goods delivered until receipt of all payments concerning business connection with the orderer.
   
   
7. Warranty
   Slight differences of products presented on this internet platform to the actual products can be due to production process and do not entitle to claim warranty for defects. also, variants in colour or size of the print are possible.
